WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

  • ONCE YOU HAVE MADE AN ORDER, YOU WILL BE EMAILED YOUR INVOICE OR RECEIPT. THE TURN AROUND DATE FOR YOUR ITEM IS LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION. YOU WILL RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER BY EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS READY TO SHIP. PLEASE VISIT THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT TO VIEW THE SHIPPING TIME. 

ARE THE TUMBLERS DISHWASHER SAFE?

  • PLEASE LIGHT HAND WASH YOUR TUMBLER ONLY. THE TUMBLER CANNOT BE MICROWAVED OR PUT IN THE DISHWASHER. 

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

  • YES, I ABSOLUTELY ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDER. EVERYTHING I MAKE IS BY HAND. YOUR TUMBLER IS MADE WITH LOVE AND CARE. PLEASE EMAIL ME AT COCOXODESIGNS@GMAIL.COM OR MESSAGE ME ON INSTAGRAM (COCOXODESIGNS) TO DISCUSS A CUSTOM TUMBLER DESIGN. 

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK-UPS?

  • I SHIP THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING. I PRIMARILY USE USPS AND THE TRACKING NUMBER IS INCLUDED. FOR SAFETY REASONS, I DO NOT OFFER LOCAL PICK-UPS.  

WHY DOES MY TUMBLER TAKE SO LONG TO BE SHIPPED?

  • EACH TUMBLER IS CUSTOM MADE BY HAND. I WILL MAKE SURE TO SPECIFY IF THE TUMBLER IS READY TO SHOP. EACH TUMBLER RECEIVES INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION AND CARE SO I CAN ASSURE IT IS MADE WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I ALWAYS APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE. BELIEVE ME, IT WILL BE WORTH IT!

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
